1 Name This instrument is the MRCA and DRCA (Defence, Veterans' and Families' Acute Support Package) Amendment Instrument 2024.
2 Commencement This instrument commences on the day after the day it is registered.
3 Authority This instrument is made under: 1. section 268B of the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2004 (the MRCA); and 2. section 41B of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation (Defence‑related Claims) Act 1988 (the DRCA).
4 Schedules Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
