1.1 Name This instrument is the Digital ID (Accreditation) Data Standards 2024.

1.2 Commencement This instrument commences at the same time as the Digital ID Act 2024 commences.

1.3 Authority This instrument is made under section 99 of the Digital ID Act 2024.
