Veterans' Entitlements (Repatriation Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme) Amendment (Additional Community Supply Support Payment) Determination 2024
I, Andrew Kefford, a delegate of the Minister for Veterans' Affairs, approve for the purposes of subsection 91(5) of the Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986, the variations made by the Repatriation Commission of the Repatriation Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme in the following instrument.

1 Name This instrument is the Veterans' Entitlements (Repatriation Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme) Amendment (Additional Community Supply Support Payment) Determination 2024.
2 Commencement This instrument commences, or is taken to have commenced, at the same time as the commencement of the instrument made under paragraph 98B(1)(b) of the National Health Act 1953.
3 Authority This instrument is made under subsection 91(4) of the Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986.
4 Schedules Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
