1 Name of instrument This instrument is the Part 61 Manual of Standards Amendment Instrument 2024 (No. 1).

2 Commencement (1) Subject to subsection (2), this instrument commences on the day after it is registered. (2) Schedules 1, 3 and 4 commence immediately after the commencement of Schedule 2.

3 Amendment of the Part 61 Manual of Standards Schedules 1 and 2 amend the Part 61 Manual of Standards Instrument 2014.
