Eastern Tuna and Billfish Fishery; 3. total allowable commercial catch; and 4. quota species. In this instrument: Act means the Fisheries Management Act 1991. Management Plan means the Eastern Tuna and Billfish Fishery Management Plan 2010. 5 Cessation This instrument ceases on 31 December 2027 unless revoked earlier. 6 Determination of overcatch and undercatch The determined percentage and determined weight, for section 4.5 of the Management Plan (Obligations relating to overcatch), and the determined percentage for section 4.6 of the Management Plan (Obligations relating to undercatch) for each quota species in the Eastern Tuna and Billfish Fishery: 1. for the fishing season commencing on 1 January 2025 and ending on 31 December 2025. Note: The total allowable commercial catch (TACC) for each quota species for the fishing season commencing on 1 January 2025 and ending on 31 December 2025 is determined by the Eastern Tuna and Billfish Fishery (Fishing Season and Total Allowable Commercial Catch) Determination (No.2) 2024.
