Schedule 1—Amendments Financial Framework (Supplementary Powers) Regulations 1997 1 In the appropriate position in Part 4 of Schedule 1AB (table) Insert: 697 Volunteer Grants Program To support a volunteer organisation to do any of the following: (a) pay for: (i) telephones and radio communication devices for use by volunteers; or (ii) computers, software and other equipment or devices, where those items are to be used to facilitate online communications and activity by volunteers; or (iii) internet service and telephone fees incurred by the organisation; or (iv) insurance premiums incurred by the organisation; (b) remove or reduce barriers to volunteering for: (i) children who participate in volunteering as a means of supporting their development; or (ii) people who support the development or wellbeing of children; (c) engage in activities directed at supporting the development and wellbeing of children.
