1 Name This instrument is the Competition and Consumer (Industry Codes—Food and Grocery) (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2024.
2 Commencement (1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Schedule 2 The later of: 1 April 2025 (a) immediately after the commencement of the provisions covered by table item 1; and (b) at the same time as Schedule 4 to the Treasury Laws Amendment (Fairer for Families and Farmers and Other Measures) Act 2024 commences. However, the provisions do not commence at all if the event mentioned in paragraph (b) does not occur.
