1 Name This instrument is the Corporations (Fees) Amendment (Takeovers) Regulations 2024.
2 Commencement (1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

1 Regulation 1B Insert: control transaction has the meaning given by regulation 4B. Part 5.1 arrangement has the meaning given by subregulation 4(2). regulation 4 body has the meaning given by subregulation 4(3). threshold value: (a) for a lodgement under subsection 411(10) or 601GC(2) of the Corporations Act—has the meaning given by regulation 4C of these Regulations; and (b) for a lodgement under paragraph 661B(1)(b) or 662B(1)(b) of the Corporations Act—has the meaning given by regulation 4F of these Regulations.
