In this instrument: the Act means the Federal Financial Relations Act 2009. Part 2—Determination of general purpose financial assistance Note 1: A determination in this Part is made under subsection 9(1) of the Act. Note 2: A payment of the amounts determined in this Part is proposed to be made in December 2024. 5 Determination of general purpose financial assistance Each item of the following table specifies an amount to be paid to the State mentioned in that item for the purpose of making a grant of general purpose financial assistance to that State.
