Corporations (Financial Services Compensation Scheme of Last Resort Operator—Independent Member) Appointment (No. 1) 2024
I, Stephen Jones, Assistant Treasurer and Minister for Financial Services, under section 1061 of the Corporations Act 2001 and in accordance with the corporate constitution of Compensation Scheme of Last Resort Limited (the CSLR operator), appoint Jo-Anne Bloch as an independent person to be a member of the board of the CSLR operator, for the period beginning on 1 February 2024 until 31 January 2027. In accordance with the corporate constitution of the CSLR operator, Jo-Anne Bloch will be the Chair of the board of the CSLR operator.
