1 Name This instrument is the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Quality Indicators for NDIS Practice Standards) Amendment Guidelines 2024.
2 Commencement This instrument commences on the day after this instrument is registered.
3 Authority This instrument is made under subsection 181D(2) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013.
4 Schedules Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
Schedule 1—Amendments
National Disability Insurance Scheme (Quality Indicators for NDIS Practice Standards) Guidelines 2018
1 Section 4 (definition of high intensity support skills descriptor) Repeal the definition (including the note), substitute:
high intensity support skills descriptor, for an activity, means the descriptor for the activity described in the NDIS Practice Standards: High intensity support skills descriptors, November 2022 (Version 3), published by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, as existing on 2 July 2024.
