Australian Securities and Investments Commission (Companies Auditors Disciplinary Board – Part-time Member) Appointments (No. 1) 2024
I, Stephen Jones, Assistant Treasurer and Minister for Financial Services, under section 203 of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001: 1. being satisfied that each person is eligible for appointment under subsection 203(1B) of that Act, appoint:
1. Tony Brain, Michael Bray, Matthew Green and Julie Williams as accounting members of the Companies Auditors Disciplinary Board, each on a part-time basis and each for a period of three years beginning on 21 October 2024; and
2. Ann-Maree Robertson as an accounting member of the Companies Auditors Disciplinary Board, on a part-time basis, for a period of three years beginning on 18 February 2025. 1. being satisfied the person is eligible for appointment under subsection 203(2A) of that Act, appoint Adeline Choon-Li Hiew as a business member of the Companies Auditors Disciplinary Board, on a part-time basis, for a period of three years beginning on 21 October 2024.
