Australian Securities and Investments Commission (Auditing and Assurance Standards Board—Part-time Member) Appointment (No. 1) 2024
The Financial Reporting Council, under subsection 236F(2) of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001, being satisfied that each person is qualified for appointment in accordance with subsection 236F(4) of that Act, appoints Klynton Hankin, Jennifer Travers and Joanne Lonergan as members of the Auditing and Assurance Standards Board, each on a part-time basis and each for the period beginning on 1 January 2025 until 30 June 2026.
