1 Name of notifiable instrument This instrument is the Australian Capital Territory National Land (Unleased) Ordinance (Permanent closure of Dorothy Tangney Place) Instrument 2024.
2 Commencement This instrument commences the day after the instrument is registered.
3 Authority This instrument is made under subsection 20(1) of the Australian Capital Territory National Land (Unleased) Ordinance 2022.
4 Definitions In this instrument: Ordinance means the Australian Capital Territory National Land (Unleased) Ordinance 2022.
5 Permanent Closure of Dorothy Tangney (1) Pursuant to subsection 20(1) of the Ordinance Dorothy Tangney Place is declared permanently closed. (2) The closure is shown in Appendix 1 of this instrument.
