1 Name This instrument is the Primary Industries Levies and Charges Disbursement (List of Declared Recipient Bodies) Instrument 2024.

2 Commencement This instrument commences on 1 January 2025.

3 Authority This instrument is made under subsection 39(9) of the Primary Industries Levies and Charges Disbursement Act 2024.

4 Definitions Note: The following expression used in this instrument is defined in subsection 4(1) of the Act: declared recipient body. In this instrument: Act means the Primary Industries Levies and Charges Disbursement Act 2024. Declared Bodies Rules means the Primary Industries Levies and Charges Disbursement (Declared Bodies) Rules 2024.

5 List of declared recipient bodies (1) For the purposes of subsection 39(9) of the Act, this section lists the declared recipient bodies. (2) A body specified in column 1 of an item of the following table is a declared recipient body that is declared for the purposes of subsection 5(2) of the Declared Bodies Rules to be the body (the declared industry body) specified in column 2 of that item.
