Customs Tariff (Protocol on the Accession of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland to the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership—Entry into Force) Notice 2024
I, Tony Burke, Minister for Home Affairs, under item 2 of the table in section 2 of the Customs Tariff Amendment (Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership Expansion) Act 2024, announce that the Protocol on the Accession of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland to the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership, done on 16 July 2023 at Auckland, New Zealand and Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei, enters into force for Australia on 24 December 2024.
