1 Name This instrument is the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation (Removal of Places from the Commonwealth Heritage List) Instrument 2024 (No. 1).
2 Commencement This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.
3 Authority This instrument is made under subsection 341L(4) of the Act.
4 Definitions Note: A number of expressions used in this instrument are defined in section 341C of the Act, including the following: (a) Commonwealth Heritage List. In this instrument: Act means the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999.
5 Removal of places from the Commonwealth Heritage List (1) Each place mentioned in an item in the following table is removed from the Commonwealth Heritage List.
