Schedule 1—Exemption 2

1 Name This instrument is the Greenhouse and Energy Minimum Standards (Exemption) Instrument (No. 2) 2025.

2 Commencement This instrument commences the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

3 Authority This instrument is made under subsection 37(1) of the Greenhouse and Energy Minimum Standards Act 2012 and subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.

4 Definitions In this instrument: Act means the Greenhouse and Energy Minimum Standards Act 2012. Determination means the Greenhouse and Energy Minimum Standards (Computers) Determination 2013. exempt model: see section 5.

5 Exemption The model specified in clause 1 of Schedule 1 (the exempt model) is exempt from the requirements of the Determination as described at clause 2 of Schedule 1 with respect to the supplies of the exempt model specified at clause 3 of Schedule 1.

6 Conditions of exemption There are no conditions specified under subsection 37(2) of the Act.

7 Repeal This instrument is repealed on 31 December 2027.
