Notwithstanding the arguments which have been placed before us by Mr. Bowen, the Court is unable to accede to any of the specific objections which were made to the summing up.
The Court is of opinion there is no ground for disturbing the verdict of the jury. Consequently, the appeal will be dismissed with costs.
