We have all given the appeal very full consideration, we have studied the appeal book and the evidence that was before Mr. Justice Gibbs, and we are Satisfied that his Honour came to correct conclusions on every relevant question of fact that the proceedings before him involved; and, furthermore, we are convinced that his Honour's judgment does not contain any error of law. In these circumstances it is inevitable that the appeal should fail.
