I am clearly of opinion that it is an abuse of the process of the Court, that it is a frivolous proceeding and that it is a vexatious proceeding and as Mr. Date has indicated to me that he does not understand in what sense those words are used in relation to the proceedings with which he has been concerned in this Court, I shall make it perfectly plain by saying that he should not trouble this Court with writs that contain such arrant nonsense as the one with which I am now concerned.
