Order that, failing consent of the fifth and sixth defendants by 20 August 2020 to the filing of the proposed further amended pleading served pursuant to Order 2, direct the plaintiffs to file and serve on or before 3 September 2020 a notice of motion and affidavit in support seeking leave further to amend their pleading, such motion to be returnable before me for directions at 8.30am on 8 September 2020. 5. Reserve costs of the fifth and sixth defendants' notice of motion. 6. List the matter generally for directions at 8.30am on 8 September 2020. 7. Liberty to apply on three days' notice.
