Suppression and Non-publication (2) Pursuant to s 10 of The Court Suppression and Non-publication Orders Act 2010 (NSW), the Court orders the suppression and non-publication of the name and of any information or matter that would tend to reveal the identity, address or occupation of the defendant until further order of the Court. (3) For the purposes of these proceedings and the ex tempore judgment just issued and orders as a consequence of the ex tempore judgment, the defendant shall be referred to as "GJO". (4) That order will subsist for a period of the reservation of the reasons for judgment and orders on the motion.
