Introduction 1. The Crown presented on 12 February 2020 an indictment containing 26 counts for offences against 11 complainants. The accused pleaded not guilty to them all. 2. The trial proceeded without a jury as the accused had elected and the Crown had agreed. 3. The accused was found not guilty on Counts 6 and 22 at the close of the Crown case. This judgment addresses the remaining counts.
