(2) Under section 109 of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 the Tribunal refuses to deal further with the Applicant's review application because it is lacking in substance. (3) The Applicant's review application is dismissed under section 55(1)(b) of the Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2013 because it is lacking in substance. (4) Within 21 days of this decision, the Legal Aid Commission of NSW is to advise the Tribunal and the Applicant whether it is pursuing an application for costs.
