(2) The offender is sentenced to a term of imprisonment of 12 months with a non-parole period of seven months. (3) The Court directs that such term of imprisonment shall commence on 3 September 2020 and that the non-parole period shall expire on 2 April 2021, with the balance to expire on 2 September 2021.
