(2) Order pursuant to s 27 of the Act, that Christopher Bruce Hardy be subject to an Interim Supervision Order commencing on 29 April 2021. (3) Order pursuant to s 28(1) of the Act, that the Interim Supervision Order be for a period of 28 days. (4) Order pursuant to s 29(1) of the Act, that Christopher Bruce Hardy comply with the conditions set out in the schedule hereto for the duration of the order specified at order 3 above. (5) Stand over the proceedings before Bellew J on 8 April 2021.
