Order that the respondent pay the appellant's costs of the appeal. 5. Unless the parties agree as to the order which should be made as to the costs of the proceedings in the District Court, within 14 days the appellant file and serve written submission (not to exceed five pages) and any affidavit proposed to be relied upon on the question of what costs order should be made in respect of the proceedings in the District Court. 6. Within 14 days thereafter, the respondent file and serve submissions (not to exceed five pages) and any evidence proposed to be relied upon on that issue. 7. Any submissions in reply (not to exceed three pages) be filed and served within seven days thereafter.
