(2) Mr Hammond must undertake an appropriate course in ethics (the Course) as approved by the Director, Professional Standards of the Law Society of New South Wales (the Director) and must achieve a pass mark of no less than 50% (pass mark), and Mr Hammond must undertake the Course within 6 months of the date of this order, or within such further time as may be agreed by the Law Society of New South Wales. (3) Mr Hammond must, within seven days of receiving notification of the result of his participation in the Course, provide to the Director the original of such notification. (4) Mr Hammond is to pay the costs of the Council of the Law Society of New South Wales to be agreed or assessed.
