(2) Costs are reserved. (3) The Plaintiff is to file and serve any evidence in support and written submissions in relation to costs by close of business on 30 August 2021. (4) The Defendant is to file and serve any evidence and written submissions in relation to costs by close of business on 13 September 2021. (5) The application for Costs is to be determined on the papers and parties advised in due course.
