Background 1. On 27 September 2013, the Applicant, Sarmad Jaderi, was issued with a Class IAC security licence under the Security lndustry Act 1997 (SI Act). On 22 May 2020 the Respondent decided to revoke that licence. The Applicant did not seek internal review of that decision and it was not until 19 May 2021 that the Applicant applied to this Tribunal for administrative review of the revocation decision.
