REASONS FOR DECISION 1. On 11 December 2020 the Applicant, who is known as Annet Grant, applied to the Respondent, the Registrar, Births, Deaths and Marriages to have her birth certificate corrected to record her given name as "Annet", rather than "Annette". Her application was refused. That decision was affirmed on internal review, and the Applicant now seeks review by this Tribunal.
