(3) I direct the plaintiff's solicitors to forward the balance of the settlement monies after deductions to the plaintiff's tutor and financial guardian for investment in accordance with the relevant provisions of Germany law. (4) I order the defendant to pay the agreed sum for costs to the plaintiff's instructing solicitors.
