(2) The Tribunal declines to refuse to make a termination order pursuant to section 115(b) of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010. (3) The residential tenancy agreement is terminated under section 84(3) of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010 on 18 October 2021 and possession of the premises is given to the landlord on the date of termination. (4) The order for possession is suspended to 5 December 2021.
