(2) The offender is sentenced to a term of imprisonment of two years and three months to date from 26 August 2020 and expiring on 25 November 2022. (3) I set a non-parole period of 18 months making the offender eligible for parole on 25 February 2022. The offender is thereby presently eligible for parole. (4) I find special circumstances.
