(5) In the event that the appellant does not file and serve such written submissions and an amended notice of appeal by 15 September 2022, order that the appeal be dismissed and that the appellant pay the respondent's costs of the appeal. (6) Order that the appellant pay the respondent's costs of the hearing on 11 July 2022.
