(2) Pursuant to r 7.36 of the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 2005 (NSW) and in circumstances where I am satisfied that it is in the interests of the administration of justice to do so, I order that the plaintiff be referred to the Registrar for referral to a barrister or solicitor on the pro bono panel for legal assistance, such legal assistance to be limited to obtaining preliminary advice in relation to the prospects of success in the proceedings brought by the plaintiff. (3) I list the matter for further directions before me at 9.15am on 15 July 2022. (4) I reserve the question of the costs.
