The non-parole period will expire on 20 November 2024 and the head sentence will expire on 20 February 2026. 3 For the Federal offence, I impose a term of imprisonment of 9 years with a non-parole period of 5 years to date from 21 February 2022. The non-parole period will expire on 20 February 2027 and the head sentence will expire on 20 February 2031. 4 The offender will be eligible to be released on parole on 20 February 2027.
