REVISED EX TEMPORE JUDGEMENT
INTRODUCTION 1. Samuel James Meredith is before me today for sentence in respect of two offences, the first contrary to s 25(1) Drug Misuse and Trafficking Act 1985 alleging that he between 17 May 2021 and 17 July 2021 at Cronulla in the State of New South Wales supplied a prohibited drug, namely cocaine. The second offence is one contrary to s 10 Public Health Act 1910 alleging that he between 17 May 2021 and 17 July 2021 at Cronulla in the State of New South Wales with notice of administerial direction under the Public Health Act 2010 failed to comply with that direction without a reasonable excuse.
