(2) The Second Defendant through his counsel undertakes to the Court to pay $100,000 into Court by 5:00pm, Friday 4 November 2022. (3) All questions of costs are reserved. (4) The Court's orders be entered forthwith. (5) The proceedings are listed before the General Registrar in the Common Law Division at 9:00am 3 November 2022 in order to obtain a hearing date and further orders in relation to evidence and related matters.
