(2) Appeal allowed. (3) Set aside the sentence imposed by the District Court on 17 May 2022 and, in lieu thereof, impose the following sentence: (a) The applicant is convicted. (b) The applicant is sentenced to a term of imprisonment commencing on 17 May 2022 involving a non-parole period of 12 months and expiring on 16 May 2023 and a balance of term of 10 months and expiring on 16 March 2024. The applicant is eligible for release to parole on 16 May 2023.
