(2) Appeal allowed. (3) The aggregate sentence imposed in the District Court on 21 May 2021 is quashed and in lieu thereof: (a) For sequences 9, 15, 22 and 23, the applicant is sentenced to an aggregate sentence of 7½ years commencing on 16 April 2020 and expiring on 15 October 2027, with a non-parole period of 5 years expiring on 15 April 2025. (b) For sequences 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47 and 48, pursuant to s 10A of the Crimes (Sentencing Procedure) Act 1999 (NSW), the applicant is convicted but there is no further penalty. (c) The applicant is eligible for release to parole at the conclusion of the non-parole period.
