(4) That pursuant to s 64(1)(a) of the Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2013 (NSW), disclosure of the names of Person A and Person B set out in the Schedule to the Amended Complaint filed by the Health Care Complaints Commission on 17 October 2022 is prohibited.
