REASONS FOR DECISION

Parties 1. Kevin Cheslett is the owner and Landlord of residential premises described as XXXX Telegraph Road, Pymble ("the premises"). The Applicant shall hereinafter be described as "the Landlord". At the hearing the Landlord appeared on his own behalf. 2. Annabelle Cloros was the Tenant of the premises. She shall hereinafter be described as "the Tenant". At the hearing, the Tenant appeared in person and represented herself.
