Direct the parties to file and serve written submissions as to the costs of the appeal and costs at first instance not exceeding 10 pages, and any other materials in support of those submissions, on or before 2 February 2024, and written submissions in reply not exceeding 5 pages, or in the case of Mrs Anderson, 10 pages, on or before 16 February 2024, with a view to resolving the question of costs on the papers. 6.
