Pursuant to s.188 of the Residential Tenancies Act the Appeal Panel varies the orders of the Tribunal made on 29 August 2023 in RT23/36948 to be: (a) The Residential Tenancy Agreement is terminated on 21 February 2024 and possession is to be given to the landlord on the date of termination. (b) The tenant shall pay the landlord a daily occupation fee at the rate of $78.57 per day from the day after the date of termination, namely 21 February 2024, until the date vacant possession is given to the landlord.
