(2) The respondent is disqualified from being registered as a paramedic for a period of 2 years from the date of publication of these reasons for decision. (3) The National Board is required to record the fact that if the respondent were still registered, the Tribunal would have cancelled his registration as a paramedic in the National Register. (4) If the respondent opposes the Tribunal's proposal to order him to pay the Commission's costs as agreed or as assessed, he must file submissions within 14 days of the publication of these reasons. (5) If the respondent does file submissions, the Commission may reply within a further 14 days.
