(3) Set aside the aggregate sentence imposed by Fitzsimmons SC DCJ on 10 February 2023 and, in lieu thereof, impose a sentence of 4 years' imprisonment, commencing on 26 February 2022 and expiring on 26 February 2026, with a non-parole period of 3 years, commencing on 26 February 2022 and expiring on 25 February 2025. (4) Note that the first day on which the applicant will be eligible for parole is 26 February 2025.
