(2) Direct the defendant to attend the expert examinations appointed. (3) Under s 10A of the said Act, subject to renewal under s 10C(2), the defendant is subject to an interim supervision order commencing for a period of 28 days from 7 June 2024 upon the expiration of the extended supervision order imposed by Beech-Jones J made on 9 October 2020. (4) Under s 11 of the said Act, direct the defendant to comply with the conditions set out in Schedule A to the summons filed on 5 April 2024 for the duration of Order 3 and any renewal thereof.
