(3) The sentence imposed on 23 February 2023 is quashed and in lieu thereof impose an aggregate sentence of imprisonment for 3 years and 6 months, with a non-parole period of 2 years and 3 months commencing 22 April 2022. The applicant will be eligible to be released on parole on 21 July 2024. The sentence will expire on 21 October 2025.
